Refund Policy – The Marketing Magazine (TMM)

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which customers of The Marketing Magazine (“TMM”, “we”, “our”, “us”) may request a refund for digital products or subscription-based services purchased through our website or authorized platforms. By completing a purchase, you (“Customer”, “User”, “You”) agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Scope of Policy

This Policy applies to all purchases made directly through TMM’s official website or authorized sales channels. It covers two categories of products and services:

  1. Digital Products – Including, but not limited to, eBooks, guides, PDFs, toolkits, templates, and online courses.
  2. Subscriptions – Including access to The Marketing Magazine digital issues or subscription-based content.

2. Non-Refundable Digital Products

  • All sales of digital products (e.g., eBooks, PDFs, courses, downloadable resources) are final and non-refundable.
  • Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, TMM does not provide refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once the product has been purchased and delivered.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, previews, and specifications prior to purchase.

3. Refunds for Subscriptions

Refunds are available only for subscription purchases, under the following conditions:

  • Customers may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of subscription purchase.
  • Refund eligibility includes:
    a) Failure to access subscription content due to technical errors attributable to TMM.
    b) Non-receipt of subscription content.
    c) Dissatisfaction with the subscription, provided the request is made within the 7-day refund window.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be considered.

4. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, customers must:

  1. Send an email to info@themarketingmagazine.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Provide:
      • Full name of the purchaser.
      • Order number/transaction ID.
      • Date of purchase.
      • Reason for refund request.
    • Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original method of payment within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and valid.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Purchase of digital products (eBooks, PDFs, courses, and other downloadable items).
  • Requests made beyond the stipulated 7-day refund period.
  • Cases where customers have violated TMM’s Terms & Conditions or misused the platform.

6. Amendments

TMM reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Customers are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
